I went from Weighing 135 in high school to shedding 15 pounds my freshman year of college. Not everyone has to gain those freshman 15. I just watched the things that I did, worked out for about half an hour, and drank a lot of water to get here. Now I want to be more fit and my next goal is to have a flat stomach and be more healthy.
